I got pipes but i need heat shields???
I had a guy i thought was my buddy helping me out with my bike doin some work to it. He had some pipes we put on that i ended up likeing. He found some heat shields he was goin to order. Insteadhe dipped out and moved away leaving me in the middle of a couple of projects. Now i got pipes that are blued and had pop spilled on them that i unfortunatly had to use a steel wool to get off. HOW CAN I FIGURE OUT WHAT PIPES THEY ARE AND WHERE CAN I ORDER THE HEAT SHIELDS WHEN I GET IT FIGURED OUT??? Any help with this would be much appreaciated! If it helps, the bike is a 02 Softail Night Train, gotta love it!!!

Hey dude,
how about using some black heat wrap? Thats what I would do, I also ride a train andfrom where I sitblacks the new chrome. |

I know this message is kinda late and u probally already soved your problem but i got some stock H/D shields that came off my 06 heritage. Their in good condidtion but just sitting in a box in the garage.

Can't be certain but they look like Python 3's tapered? But I'm pretty sure but check here to be sure. I have Python 3's slash cut with mod. stock shields last time I check the heat shields they were like $150.00
