Default Chrome or Black?

Have my black front end on now...will be installing a black headlight trim ring and blacking out the mounting strip on the upper covers soon, but I am keeping the headlight bucket chrome.

So, do you think I should powdercoat the apes black or leave 'em chrome? I keep going back and forth on this one...if I change them to black, I;d leave the chrome controls/mirrors for some contrast.

+1

Or black out the spokes and leave the rims chrome, but definitely get some black on the wheels.

If you black out the bars as another person said you should also black out the fender struts. The bike looks realy good just the way it is. Its a good blend of chrome and black IHMO

Black out the bars, struts, and dash. I just got my front end andapes back from the powdercoater and it's going back together tonight. Be careful, it's addictive. After seeing the parts, I decided to black out my dash, pipes, and parts of my forward controls. I also ordered 21/18 spoke wheels with black rims and hubs. Try to leave just enough chrome to let the black pop. Just my .02.
