I know what you mean. I appreciate you and Citoriplus for sticking to your guns on you opinions with the least amount of sarcasm you can. I also have taken opinions to heart when I shouldnt have. Im coming around . I've not rode with anyone on this forum. It would be cool, to run across y'all at a rally sometime. Be nice to not have to type. I cant keep up. LOL.Black08rockerc, nice ride.
My advice to you is if you don't like the Rocker then quite looking in Rocker threads just to bash them. I personaly think bikes with large front tires look awful but you don't see me going in the Fat Boy threads bashing them. Hey to each his own.[sm=WTFsgign.gif]
Back to the subject at hand. Hey man that rocker is looking good man. You might want to look into Chrome Controls and Braided lines.
You got the wrong idea, I like the Rocker C.
The rearseat is a hidden passenger seat, to be used when needed.
Why show something that is distracting from the lines of the bike?
Is all I'm saying.
It's primarily a solo bike. Show off its positive side.
Check my posts, I've never said one word against the Rocker C.
You must be a little sensitive man, chill out or take another drink and calm down.
Don't jump my *** over this but, you need a bigger picture for your bike, it looks good from what I can see.
Texas Fatboy I would like to start appologizing. This was a case of mistaken identity. I saw the post and without thinking assumed you were someone else on the site that has just been bashing the FXCW's. I would also like to say that I should have known better to sit down at the computer and start typing after cleaning the yard and drinking beer. What a loser move on my part. Well now that I have made a complete *** of myself and hijacked a thread............Well just look at my avatar. I think I should have a little earlier.
Thanks for all the input....i'm leaning toward the forcewinder or similar with the flamed chrome cover instead of the cone, athought a cone with flame would be excellent.
I actually like the trick seat out...... if nothing else it's a mini back rest. I do wish that the trick seat was positional though so it would become a back rest.
I totally agree about the tail light and license plate. Gotta get that side mounted....thing is how do you plug that hole? Whole new fender?
What do you guys think about lights around the motor, etc. I've even seen lights that attach to the top of the spark plug and then to the wires.
The bike gets alot of attention around here.
i'm considering going big bore as well. When is big bore too big. I've seen from 103 to 123 I think.
Maybe i'm a bit eager on customizing....I gotta say though that i'm really happy as it is right now.
I've done some rides and etc. I'm 6ft and the seat is a little too far forward. I actually ride on the crest of the rear of the seat....hence the trick seat as a backrest. I'd love to push that back a little or the forward controls forward.
I get saddle sore after about 2 hours and changing postition on the seat to alleviate the numbness doesn't help as my posture gets bad when Isit in the seat as intended.
As far as the foward controls, they do make extended foward controls for u tall fellas. And about the holes that will be left over after removal of the license plate bracket. I asked the same question to my dealer and he said that the rubber groumlets that are placed on the rear fenders to mount an extended seat might fit as a quick fix solution.
