I didn't realize what I was getting into...
 

...when I decided to buy my new FXSTC. I did retain my '99 883, and now that I've gotten my new bike, I cannot help but wait for that next desolate country road to twist that throttle and feel the torque. Mind you, that the Sportster still holds a dear spot in my heart, but man do I love the torque. I've done the stage one and I cannot help but think how bad the surge would be with anything above what I've got. I am NOT a speed demon and don't like to ride over 70mph, but jeez I love that thing.
