I'd like to run synthetic oil oils in my Primary and tranny on my 08 Crossbones. What weight and brand of oils are you guys using?

Amsoil 20w50 in the the engine and primary, Amsoil Severe Gear 75w90 in the tranny.

 

Mobil 1 for V-Twins 20/50W for the engine and primary, and Mobil 1 75/90W gear oil in the tranny. Its easier to find and cheaper at the local Auto Zone.
Asoften as I like to change things its just as good as Amsoil.

Flash, I would be hesitant to use anything but HD oils until the warranty runs out. I prefer for my XBones, HD SYN3 in the engine and the HD Formula+ for the tranny and chaincase. The Formula+ is what the user manual calls for and is a syn blend and is a little thicker which seems to work better in transmissions and chaincase. However, HD allows and recommend the use of SYN3 is all three applications and is a full synthetic and fully tested and warranted by the factory. That is what I use in all 3 cavities of my 03 Ultra right now.
