the purpose of putting on the forum was just to warn fellow riders, Don't think i'd be half as pissed if my bike wouldn't be torn down and missed the last 6 weeks of riding..

Iwent to Wild Bills shop today on 5th Avenue only to find it closed and the windows brown papered shut. I asked the valet at the Palms next door, and hesaid they closed up and moved out a couple of weeks ago.Panhead Phil at MCM http://www.musiccitymotorcycle.com/might have some advise in where to locate Wild Bill. Good luck...

Sounds like you've been had bro. If you paid by credit card, contact the card company and initiate a fraud investigation. It is good that you have kept a detailed timeline. Youshould be able to get your money back.
