Your best bet is to take them to the stealer and for a half hour labor, they will use their press and install the new studs.&nbsp\\; The rest is cake.

i have the progressive lowering kit with the manual settings intalled on mine.&nbsp\\; i had it professionally done and watch the guys do it.&nbsp\\; it looked like it was a pain in the patoot because they needed a special compressor to get rings out and installed.&nbsp\\; you certainly can't do it by hand.&nbsp\\; good luck...
