Default Rocker seat options. Rocker vs Rocker C

Hello All~

First I want to share, after riding many Harleys over the last 10 years I now own my own!&nbsp\\; woot woot....

So this leads me to the question of seat options.

The Rocker has the single seat.

The Rocker C has the passenger seat (I am guessing this is what people are calling the trick seat)

Has anyone put a chick on the rocker C trick seat for a 3 hour trip yet?&nbsp\\; If so how much did she weight and how happy / pissed was she when you got to your destination.

I asked the dealer what it would take to put the Rocker C seat on the Rocker and they said it was going to coast about $1,600 in parts plus labor.&nbsp\\; Now I have worked on bikes before etc, and I am kind of at a loss as to how this can be correct.&nbsp\\; Has anyone put the Rocker C seat on the rocker and if so how did you do it, what did it cost?

Thanks,
SmackRocker

(2008 Black Rocker, no mods yet)

I took a five hour trip with the misses when I first got the bike.&nbsp\\; She said the ride was tolerable, but I got the worst of it.&nbsp\\; Each and everytime I crack the throttle she tightens her grip around my chest.&nbsp\\; I changed from the rocker c seat the rocker and two up strut system.&nbsp\\; Mama is much happier and I can relax more when riding with her.

I've had several females on the back of my Rocker C and they said the same thing.&nbsp\\; Not a bad ride but not the best either.&nbsp\\; And they had better be on the smaller size, NO fatties on that thing.&nbsp\\; The females they have been on mine have all been under 135 so it hasn't been a problem.&nbsp\\; Thats one thing I love about that seat, its a perfect out if a fatty wants a ride.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; : )&nbsp\\;

To my knowledge no one on the hdf has put a trickseat(thats what harley davidson calls it) on a Rocker. I would imagine it would be exspensive. The custom wide seat is more simple than the custom wide chrome seat. Different mounting points + there is a hinge you have to consider on the custom wide chrome trick seat.

Look at it this way the only difference between the custom wide and the custom wide chrome is that trick seat and the massive difference in chrome, and there is almost 2,500.00 between the bikes.
