Default Do the alarms drain the battery?

Mine has the audible one. Wondering if it's a better idea not to use it.

Very slight drain. You have it, use it, it wont hurt a thing. However, if the bike is sitting for several weeks at a time, invest in a battery tender. It does the battery a world of good, alarm, or no alarm.

Slowly, but surely they do. Battery tender is a great device.
