I Have A 08 Softail With A 200 Rear And Am Interested To Hear If Anyone Has Changed To A Aftermarket 9" Rear Fender And What They Had To Do To Make It Work???? Thanks Aaron

 

Yeah there is a couple of ways you can go. You can either get one with fender struts made on the rear fender so you will have to cut the fender strut horns off the frame, or you can buy a regular 9" wide fender and bolt it straight to the horns. But if you got big money or atleast some to spend you can get a heartland kit.

There are many options. Just depends on how much ya want to spend. I like the strutless fenders. Has a cleaner look. They are a little more money but I think they look better.
