Default Question about a 2-up seat

Looking at putting a heritage springer 2 up seat on my 08 deluxe when my wife wants to ride. I have a 2001 heritage springer solo seat on it now and didn't have to make any modifications to it. Does anyone know if the rear seat hole will line up with my rear fender? I am looking at purchasing part number 52416-99

Why do you necessarily want to get the Springer seat, style, comfort, or what?

I really like the looks of the Springer seats especially since it matches my springer bags. And my solo seat is comfy as hell so I figure the 2 up seat will be as well.

Don't think it will, but I would call HD customer services to find out for sure.
