I have not tried the fender without the brackets that raise it up. Gonna try that next. I think there will be enough clearance. The Heritage fender was shipped about 5 days ago.
I'm gonna get some different axle covers. I need something different, I'm tired of those. I'm more concerned with my cam chain tensioners than the front right now although I know that would really complete the look. I am sure I could do the front lowering no problem as long as I take my time...How much is the lowering kit?
You should just **** can the covers and put a nice chrome or even a black axle in there.I did all that stuff so long ago on my bike that I don't really remember how much the lowering kit was,but I believe it was about $100.Of course you'll want to put new seals and oil in then too, so it will add up as usual
Looks great man, i am diggin the swing arm bag. PLEASE start a thread showing the bag up close, the bracket up close and how it mounts to the swing arm. I am really wanting to do that. thanks
Looking good Andrew.Agree with the others lose the frt fender and put the bigger one on.Put a 1/4" between the new one and the tire and that will look kick azz.
