Nice job! I really wanted to put a bigger tire on my heritage and was looking at the Hartland kits but I was unable to find anyone who made a wide fender similar to a stock Heritage fender. Ended up going with the klock Werks BenchMark fenders and a 160 tire.

eek! That picture scares me, I just hope you didn't get any metal shavings inside the engine cases when you cut the horns off!

Default wide swing arm with 250 tire

I finally finished my Deuce. I like the Deuce rear fender so I kept it.

SUPER LOOKING CONVERSION
I was able to put a 200 under my 99 N Train this winter with all 07 Night Train parts. I spent $350 on the entire 07 rear end. $80 on 2 bolt on fender struts from Ultima. $80 on a used 07 rear fender on EBay. And 50 on a tribal tail light. So I managed a complete 200 conversion on my 99 NT FOR $560.
I was able to shorten the fender and drop in in the bike so the bike retained its factory height but looks slammed in the rear. Love the 05 back to 99 NT 200mm projects. I read your post but was unable to discern wether you got your wide tire kit on as well??????

hey all,

I am looking at the EZ-200 for my 07 NT. The question I have is this. Are the Struts one piece or two? I ask this because I have my own turn signals I would love to use. The issue is that I would have to drill a through hole in the struts and fenders. Not a problem really but don't want to spend $2000 plus to find out I have to drill something. If its a one piece I don't know if it will work as I want. Ill have to look into it. The turn signals are only around $20 off ebay, but it's just the look i want. They are pretty much stock replacement. worse case I can just run with the front ones I made myself and replace the rear. I really want a heartland kit on my bike.

this is the rear of my Nightrain.
