Default Heartland kit and HD dealer

buyin new rock soon and dont even want the bike for a day with that rocker seat.....do u think the dealer could order and install for me ???? would that b a bad idea ????

I think you would be smart to check around and maybe find a indy see what they'd do it for.. I think there is a list of retailers that Heartland uses on they're website isnt there? maybe if ones close youd come out better.. my two cents

Make sure you ask if it will affect the 2 year warranty.

Also you may want to check out other places the hourly rate at HD dealer is pretty up there. Also if your going to change the rear end you may want to rethink your choice of bikes.

Installing the heartland kit is actually a pretty easy mod to do...plus the tins that come with the heartland need to be painted first...just a few bolts to take off the stock seat and four bolts takes off the rear fender...new tins fit right in same fender holes....but if you feel better about having someone else do it than save some money and find an independent

Yes an Indy is the way to go. The dealer would cost you more $. Unless they are slow and need work you may be able to make a deal

Go to this website nad see if he can help its boostedbrad.com, hes a good guy and knows his $hit. He can get the kit for you, and maybe cheaper than anyone else.

have an indy do the work. don't have HD do it.....they'll charge you an arm and a leg. excellent choice of bike. you are going to love that thing.
