Default New shoes and a new Pipe on my Train.

Got my DNA wheels installed today. PC'ed black rim and hub with stainless spokes. Went from a 16x3 stock rear wheel with a 150/80 tire to a 18X4.25 with a 160/60.
Before:

After:

The tire is noticibly beefier and really fills the fender better. The 10MM is noticible and the 60 series tire and taller rim handle night and ay better than the floppy *** stock 80 series tire. This is a mod that not only looks cool but greatly improves ridability and handling.

I sold my Big Shot staggereds and went with a creamic black Rinehart 2-1. Its really quiet at idle then builds into a deep roar when on the gas. My bike has a stage 3 95" build and it needs to be retuned as its running sloppy rich with the settings from my BSS pipes.

I went with the 2-1 not just for the potential to tune in additional Tq but I also prefer the look better than the chrome 2-2 V&H pipes. It has a sinister look yet is functional and almost cool.

Before:

Sorry for the crappy photo but Y'all get the idea!
After:

I have a long boy front fender at the paint shop, a set of chrome lower fork sliders, a black powdercoated Harley Low Profile console and need to put my solo bag back on the bike.

I'm about done with this Train and my only future plans are looking into a Jockey shift with foot clutch and a set of narrow beach bars on 2" risers.

For now though? Its warm and time to ride!!!

Had to yank the top piece of my chrome belt guard and put my solo sack back on.

This is the fender I have at the painter...

That and the chrome lower sliders should look OK.

Any of you 00-05 guys rocking the 130 and 150/80/16 rear tires should look at adding an 18" with a lower profile tire if you want your bike to respond better. It turns so much better before and feels more connected to the road.
