Question Softail B Motor Flywheel Balancing

I have split the cases on my 2005 Fatboy to send the flywheel off for True, Plug ,Weld at Darkhorse,or Rev Performance. Cost of True/Plug/weld is about 150. Cost for Dynamic Balance is 450. I am building a 95 big Bore motor with mid level compression. I am looking for 100/100 on Torque and HP. This is a B motor, so I was wondering if I needed to spend the extra dollars to Balance or just True/Plug/Weld for 150. I will be using gear drive cams, Bigboyzs ported heads. Aftermarket cam plate and good set of pistons to get it where I want it. Just looking for some feedback as to spend the extra bucks for Dynamic Balance or just the 150 for True/Plug/Weld job.
