Just wanted to give an update. I went and ordered through bikergarage101, it was the cheapest place i could find the exhaust(1/2 price compared to other places.) they showed up today and was the exhaust listed not a knock off. The only problem was the shipping took a little longer than expected, but that was the fault of the postal service and taking forever to clear customs into canada.
I ordered a set of Rush Crossovers from them Saturday. Got my tracking number today. Pipes retail for 585.00 Got them half off. They are i=the silver ceramic but I have friend at a local shop who will re coat them in black ceramic for free. That is if I don't like the matte Silver look. Thanks MBLOLYFE For the link to their site.
hey dynabob, i understand your runnung a 210 on a 17x6.25. im getting new rear wheel 17x6.25 with 210 tyre. Will a 18x5.5 with 200 tyre look much less wider? its going on a 07 softail that has a 200 heartland kit, but i really want the guard to sit low to the rim. this shouldnt be a problem with th 18" wheel, but maybe with the 17" i wont be able to lower enough. what are your thoughts. thanks

just sand them down and use a quality high temp paint..VFT is a good brand...they will hold up just fine
cacca, yes your tire will be a little narrower, with the 17 inch rim it left a little gap, wut are you using for lowering kit? i have air ride now so the gap dont bother me, well it didnt bother me before....i will dig up a pic without the air ride and heartland kit on a 17....
its just got standard bolt lowering kit. although i like the wider tyre look, i do want to fill up the guard. maybe the 18x5.5 with 200 tyre is the way to go. You got any pics of rear view of your tyre, like to see differens to a 200 tyre on a 5.5.
So the difference in width between 6.5/210 tyre and 5.5/200 tyre aint that much? Ill be using metzler tyres.
