Tryed calling a couple times today with no answer.
I did find the system for the bags "like" mine on their website here. They don't list my bike on there either. It's all Heritage and Fatboys. No Softail Customs. Maybe because the two bolts that hold my bags on aren't both on the inside of the bag. The rear one is on the outside of the bag and the front one is inside the bag. I won't be able to use Bubba's retainer/locking clip to keep the bolts from coming loose. Nice looking system though!
My bags have the front bolt on the inside and rear bolt on the outside also. I don't use the locking system because I haven't seen a need for it. Once you tighten the bolts I can't see them loosening (but I suppose it's possible). I have thought about putting the retainer on the inside but so far there have been no issues. I don't use my bags alot usually when it gets cold or going on a long ride and I need the storage. I'm able to put on or take off my windshield, backrest with luggae rack, and bags in about 3 min. Most of the time my bike is stripped...that's the way I like it.
