Here is my mod of the day, I installed a rear bumper, Harley
part # 91402-00 . Before you gasp, yes I drilled a hole in the fender to secure the bottom bracket. I was going to mod the bracket and make the chrome bolt less visible, and I said the heck with it. I am going to a bottom tag mount later on the the bolt will be hid behind the tag. I placed a small nylon washer behind the bolt head so as not to dimple the fender.

The metal in the bumper is easily flexed. I can shift it one way or the other easily. I think its just one of those things, I will have to settle with, because I have moved it around alittle to straighten it best I can. Don't get me wrong its not paper thin or anything, its just for looks and not a usable bumper.

I am torn on these bumpers....sometimes I like them. On certain bikes they look good on others not as much. For some reason, I tend to like them on bikes with low handlebars and not as much on bikes with apes. We can't see a full shot of yours but my guess is you will need to run the front bumper also to balance the look. Man you have got the disease bad....
Good job!
