Anyone do HD's Spectrum Paint Job?
 

I want to find out who out there has ordered a custom paint job from HD. You know, the kind where you send 'em your tins on exchange and they send you a painted set.

If I could have ordered my '06 Heritage classic without pinstripes and tank decals I would have. I'm wanting to replace my Vivid black paint job with another vivid black paint job without the pin stripes and tank decals. And, I want HD to put on two chrome tank medallions I have yet to choose.

I'm looking for real life feedback in overall satisfaction, turnaround times, real cost (including what HD charges for strip/prime and were unexpected "repairs" necessary) shipping costs, and any tips you would give someone who's thinking about this set.

The HD Paint catalog says
