I am buying a springer front end this week and checking to see if anyone has feedback on either front end. I am looking at a +6 Springer in black from either Demon cycle or DNA. Both are under $400 for just the front end. I am goin to mount it on my FXST.

 

Not sure about the front end, but its a decent price. I placed an order from Demon last monday and I just got notification they shipped out my stuff today. If its not in stock, they gotta order it. I had shot them an e-mail on friday to find out wtf was going on... i was about to cancel the order!

 

Demon cycles is run out of an apartment in OC. Do a forum search and a bit of reading before ordering through them.

 

Ya, I ordered a shift rod from them on Friday night and it was the wrong one. I called them sat. and they were very easy to deal with and swapped it even though it was packed and ready to ship.

Pretty sure Demons is just selling a DNA anywho.

 

I have a DNA on my rigid EVO and man I tell ya, it'll rattle the fillins' outa your head at about 70 mph....... There is a shock kit you can get on ol' flea bay for around a hundred bills, might reduce some of the vibration. Heard too many horror stories about Demon Cycles though, so I would definately continue to do some mo' home work.

I would definately do a search about Demon Cycles before I ordered anything from them. They SUCK!! I wouldn't order from them. They have screwed way to many people over!! I'm a member on several different bike forums and all of them have threads about Demon Cycles screwing folks over.

dont order through demon! do a search on here! there is a thread about poor service and quality of products! DNA does nice products but a lot of people have had problems with there wheels

 

Any other ideas on where to buy a reasonable priced springer setup? How about DNA? They arent far off on the price from Demon. I have read the bad reviews about them before . I ordered a shift rod form them last week just as a test to see how the product is. $49 total. I havent recieved it yet but I figured this would let me see some of the products they are distributing before pulling the trigger on the expensive stuff.
