I am in the market for a 2010 Harley Rocker. What is a reasonable/negotiable price that I can get at the dealer? Any buying tips?

buy used way less $$$ probably even get 1 w/ some mods done& warranty

Depends where you live. Saw Rocker C last year in Reno, NV for 23k. The same bike is 19.3k here in Oregon. I agree buy used and save some major $.

Now what is the labor rate at the HD dealer to install chrome parts?

put them on yourself if you can! where im from they charge like 75$ an hour.

If you are interested in buying used...I have a 2008 w/ several mods including an arnott airsupsension I'll sell you. Getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan and I'd like to not having it just sit around for a year.

I agree. I bought a black non custom rocker. I am going to put the V&H Ceramic Big Radius two into two pipes on mine. With the addition of the HeartLand USA rear end kit, it will look awesome.
