Default Rim Opinions

Found an incredible deal on some used PM rims, 18x3.5 and 18x4.25. They are complete with matching rotors, pulley and Metzeler tires. The rear tire needs replacing but so does mine. The front is half worn. I will also need to get a 1" drive belt for the thinner pulley. So, what do you think - will they look good? I like them, just not 100% sure for my bike. Will be looking at them tomorrow.

They look just like this, this is not the actual ones being sold.

These are the ones being sold.

I personally love 3 spoke wheels so if you are comfortable with the price go for it. Just find out what year and model bike those wheels are set-up for because you might have to change bearings or even the hubs if the wheels are not for your type of bike.

Don't see many of the "bigger" bikes rockin' the 3 spokes. I think it'll look unique, and good.

I am running PM wheels in the same size as those on a 2004 Fatboy. Put a Metzeler 140 on the front and 160 on the rear with no problem. The wheels will give your bike a whole different look.
