Have the same bike and thought about doing the same thing. Its pretty comfortable now, but if I could get the bars back another couple inches, it would be great I think. MY buddy has the same bars, drag bars I think they're called, and his risers are taller. I need to see how his feels compared to mine.
Were you thinking of adding to the stock height to get the height you were looking for?
Sit on your bike and imagine where you want your hands to be when riding. That distance between the bars and your hands is the pullback distance. It may be one or two inches (or more). The Train has 0 pullback, so all you need to do now is pick a riser with the same height but with whatever pullback you want.
The other option is to get riser extensions. Novello makes a nice set of 1" extensions. You will have a bit more pull back due to the angle of the risers.
The problem is the risers I see go from sizes 51/2 with a I inch reach to a 9' riser. no in between. I do not want to jeopradize the HD clamp, that is a must to keep on the bike.
Does it say how much pull back on the 5.5" risers? Get the 5.5" risers with the 1" Novello riser extensions and you will be perfect. I can get them both for you.
