These are some things I'll do if I was in your shoes

Do I have Proper voltage on battery… 12vdc or better
Remove plugs and let bike turn over a few times then smell plug holes for fresh fuel smell
Install one plug in hole and the other connected to plug wire and hold plug on wire to head , attempt to start and should see spark.
Remove air cover and filter.. scratch both plugs wire sparks should occur with knife to see a lil freash metal install both plugs back… attempt to start and see if you can hear or see fuel leaving tank going into throttle body before entering cylinders.
Tuff to assist with info you provided.
Conclusion… need fuel……. Need spark…..hopefully doing one of these things can lead you to the problem……. It could be the following with
Air Filter too dirty not letting enough air in… injectors not sending fuel to cylinders……bad charge to battery….plugs not providing enough spark….. Bad fuel that does not want to ignite ….. ………………. These are a few simple things that could not allow you to start bike; but I’ve seen wilder issues… Good luck

Yep, my dad taught me 3 basics to car problems when I was 15 working on my first car. THey need three things- Fuel-air-electricity. Make sure you have each and things should work.

Of course he failed to mention making sure ground was attached on Electronic ignition...took two weeks to trouble shoot that one...kept swapping parts out to another car to make sure they all worked...yes they did, but not in my car because I never tightened the ground screw on the HEID (High energy Ignition thingy...not sure if that's what it's called, the thing that was next to the distributer in a 1978 Oldsmobile that sent power to the distributor) what a frustrating lesson...

It comes to mind that if you just added the fuel-stabilizer to the tank and didn't run it thru the system before parking the bike... the injectors may be fouled. Also, not all batteries can stay on a battery tender and make it thru 6 months without some interruption from somewhere... ie power failure, blown fuse or breaker, accidental unplugging or loose plug, etc. I would check the battery first as mentioned above.

Critical question: When you say it won't start, does that mean it turns over and won't fire or won't turn over?

Sometimes we dig too deep to start looking for problems.

No fuel appearing on plugs that have been "cranked on" and not firing ... it may seem really basic but did you turn on the petcock? (been there, done that!)

Well I Got To The Bottem Of My Problem.

I Don't Here he Fuel Pump, Fuse Is Ok.
I Changed The Fuel And Spark Pluges, Also Took Off The Air Cleaner And Still Would Not Start But I Was Getting Spark And Had A Full Battery.

At That Point I Sprayed Carb Cleaner In The Throat And It Started Right Up,
So Now Im Looking At he Fuel Pump , I Don't Here It Come On , That Leads Me To Believe That Its Bad, But It Calls For A Part # Of 62897-01A And That # Was Superseaded To Part # 62897-01B ,,, I Wonder Why The Mumber Change ? Did Harley Have A Problem With The 62897-01A ? And Never Told Us
If So I Think That's B/S

Thank You All For Your Help

I'm glad you found out the problem, before pouring money into it! :)
