Cool Let the Mods begin - XBones Bobber

Well after months of research on this site, and buying parts, I'm finally started.

The first step was strip the bike. Handlebars are next.

Done!!!!!!!

Now for the foot clutch

and passing lights

Now I have to fab some parts. More later.

Dude I know it's your bike , but I don't really think the blue tape is the way to go. But it will be unique. LOL

Seriously please keep us updated with your progress.

Ahh, a naked hog is much akin to a naked lady. You can't help but enjoy the view! Anxious to see it in progress, this kind of stuff is great!

Well, I tried welding yesterday. Interesting experience.

I extended the wires so the coil can be reversed and installed on the horn mount. I did manage to fabricate a bracket for it.

I also trimmed my ebay fender.

Unhappy Clutch Bracket

OK, the welding is going kind of poorly. I tried the clutch bracket.

I'll take another shot at it tomorrow
