Well after months of research on this site, and buying parts, I'm finally started.


The first step was strip the bike. Handlebars are next.

Now for the foot clutch



and passing lights



Now I have to fab some parts. More later.

Ahh, a naked hog is much akin to a naked lady. You can't help but enjoy the view! Anxious to see it in progress, this kind of stuff is great!

Well, I tried welding yesterday. Interesting experience.



I extended the wires so the coil can be reversed and installed on the horn mount. I did manage to fabricate a bracket for it.




I also trimmed my ebay fender.

 

OK, the welding is going kind of poorly. I tried the clutch bracket.





I'll take another shot at it tomorrow
