LED Strip on my Heartland Fender

I want to put some sort of Custom Dynamics LED strip on the back of my Heartland fender or anywhere you guys would think it could work. I want just a little more stopping light back there. I am already wired for the Run/Brake/Turn. I need people to see it, not just to look cool!

Do you think this would work under the fender?

It will not be a running light..... just for when I hit the brakes it will light up.

Go for it, remember that awesome blacked out rocker, also with a led strip under the fender as brake light? looked bitchin'

I used something similar from Radiantz...looked cool but most people I rode with said it was hard to see in direct sunlight. In less than a year, half the LEDS starting burning out....Radiantz said I had to send it in to see if they would warranty it...bla bla bla...so much for lifetime warranty. Then they quit selling the ones like I bought. I am looking for something else as we speak.

Try the ones that I had the link to. Yours looks good though.

Agreed on functionality, since your planning on putting the leds below the fender sheet metal, you're gonna have a nice shade to increase the led visibility, Custom Dynamics are pretty damn bright.

Post pics when it's done.

Mimo.

I am not even going to try to put my bike on your level. I read all about your bike a few years back :) I was thinking to myself how slick your set up is. Wish i could do something intergrated into my fender but for now I need something a little cheaper. :)
