I still have to go back and paint the brackets and bolts, but you can get an idea of what nearly 3" of lift look like on an FLSTCi.

No llift ( I know its the other side, I don't have one from the right)

This is at 2"

I am making a lighter (accessory plug) outlet to go in this plate, so it gave me a fairly hidden area for this as well.

TORQUEY
The rear of the tank stays the same height with my set up.

More slack in the cables, don’t think so on mine.

It seems I’m sitting more in the bike than on top.

I feel like I have even more control if you can imagine that.

I raised mine two inches on the 2009 FXSTC. I like the looks and don't worry about gas or gauge. I fill up at 160 miles on B tripmeter....

Yep, I fill up as per trip meter also, always have anyway.

By the way…
I think the Softail Custom is the best looking HD they make.
I have one they took a little chrome off and change the name.

I did say the best looking, not the only one, IMO.

Deuce looks great! I have an 05 deuce with wide drag bars and factory pull back risers. Will the 3" tank lift kit work with these risers or do u need to swap to a strait riser style?

Its tight but it works for me. If I turn the bars all the way to the right the brake line will touch the tank other then that its fine.
