Here's what I DO know about my seat...
 

I had it worked on by Mean City Cycles about a year ago. Been all over the dang place with it but still get monkey butt in about an hour. Called MCC to order the upgraded "impact" gel insert that they sell hoping that would help. So I've got my credit card in hand when the owner starts to ask me a few questions (about my size, weight, etc) and says "You don't need a gel insert. Just send it back and let me re-work it. It's probably either too soft or too hard." Is that some serious integrity or what?! Turn around time was lightning fast too. Can't say enough about this place. They can do just about anything with your seat and the service couldn't be better. Haven't toured with it yet but they already get an A+ for customer service. Just sayin'. :icon_headbang:

P.S. I know I could have put this in a different category but this is where I hang and I just wanted to share it with my softail buds.

When I was reading you post my first thought was, tell them your issue and I guarantee you they will make it right. All I had to do was finish reading!

They are first class and have excellent customer service! Let us know how the re-work does.

By the way beaureed445...I too have the High Flow Muffler Bearings in my Fatcat. I was alittle apprehensive about trying them at first and now they are starting to squeak a little. Have you had any issues??
