Heritage flat top & lock kit?

No. I used a different product, but I really like the looks of the HD unit and the locking system is better too. The one I used has a padlock on each side. Works, but it's a but clumsy. If I had a Heritage now, I'd get the HD unit. Very simple and practical.

I would like to see about adding the lock part only as I already have the 'Got Saggy Bags' kit installed.
Would like to get the part numbers for the locking mechanism and see if that would be a viable option.

Wondering if you can buy the lockset and just the flange for it, or if you need the framework to mount the mating plate for the lockset
