Get on line and check the part #'s. I want to say yes but if I remember right. I think the part numbers for chrome lowers for a 2006 were different then the 2007.

The 05's had a 3/4" axle and the 07's have a 25mm axle.

25mm = .984".. or ~1". if you wanted to, you could change the bearings in your wheel, and get new spacers, and it should work.. a buddy of mine just put a wheel off a 2010 Street Glide on to his 2001 Electra Glide, and all he had to do was change the bearings out

i painted mine with no problems, has held up way beyond my expectations, not a single chip in em. didnt have to take apart either, i was only doin this temporarily until i had cash to pc', but the way they are holding up im not gonna. there are how to threads on this, if you wanna go this route just take your time and will look great just make sure you get rust-o-leum appliance epoxy, it dries as hard as a rock, no primer is used
