Default Whistle in exhaust?

I recently removed a baffle from my 02 lowrider. It was broke and rattled annoyingly. The only thing I did was remove the slip on, removed the baffle, and reinstalled the slip on. Now when at half throttle and deceleration there is a very annoying whistle. Did I **** something up?

You now have one exhaust can without the baffle and the other still with the baffle?

Have you checked for exhaust gas leaks at every joint?

Get her running and feel with yout hand around every joint, from cylinder heads to the exhaust can.
Be really quick about it before the system gets to hot to touch...
