I normally wear size Large in most helmets that I buy and the Licks NovDot was dead-on perfect in the large size.. true to size as good as any helmet out there.
I measure 22-3/4's and it fit perfect in a Large.

I hope I am able to chime in time to be helpful. I have always worn a size small in every helmet I've ever worn, but I was right on the line between sm and med so I just went with the small... no dice, too small! Haha! I just got my med today and it fits a little looser than my others, but not in a bad way.
If you are anywhere near large, I say go bigger and I think you'll be happier.
I just got mine today and when I took it out of the box I figured no way this lid was going to fit but it did..I measured in at 23.5 and went with a XL and it fits perfectly.
Very light and very small compared to other 3/4 lids
My girl just got her Daytona 3/4 helmet today. It has the same exact sizing chart. She was 21 1/2". She usually wears XS in helmets. According to the chart, she should have gotten a medium. We ordered her a small and it fit perfect, maybe a tad big if anything.
After riding with my size medium a couple times, I have found that even though the small was too small, this one feels a bit looser than I'm used to. I normally wouldn't feel so good in a looser lid, but it doesn't try to lift and isn't wobbling on top of my head, so I think I'm sticking with it. It's worth a little extra wind noise when you take into account how light the thing is! I litteraly thought the box might be empty when it arrived from shipping!
I gotta say, AJ at Lick's is the man for making this helmet and his customer service was top notch!
I'm a NovDot Owner... measurement is absolutely perfect and right on the money.. whatever size you normally wear is about a 95% chance it's the perfect size for you. My Measurement is 22.75 and the Large was fantastic.. it's my normal size also.
I'd like to order one but can't decide on size. I measure 22.5" which they suggest a large. My fulmer v2 is a medium and fits perfectly. AJ has suggested I try the medium but I feel lim it's because they don't have large in stock. I've asked twice when a large will be available and the question is always ignored in the response. I just don't feel like having to exchange and pay shipping twice
I measured about 22 3/16" (border between L and M), went with the Medium. Fits nice and snug, but at 70 mph feels like I could've gone with a small! Not real happy with it at speed, it tends to rise up on my head and choke me. But I've got a pretty round head so maybe it's designed more for oblong. Also not real happy with the supposed "low profile" design. The L and M both share the same shell size, so if you're at the top end of the L, it's probably pretty low pro, but if your a M and don't have a big face, it's a space helmet.
