Looking to reduce the front fender gap on my 06 train, not sure if there is a bracket avail or do I need to just get an aftermarket fender. I havent had much luck searching for either, the heartland fender looks tight not sure where I can just get the front?!?

 

This was discussed a while back and we came to the conclusion that the only good way to reduce the fender gap was to get a new one.
Just replacing the brackets with shorter ones will get the fender closer to the tire.
But you will end up with something kinda strange looking because the radius of the fender will put the center of the fender where the bracket is closer.
But because of the fenders built in radius it will leave the ends farther away making for a very uneven gap.

So if your really interested in reducing the gap you'll need to get a fender (e-bay maybe) from a newer (08 up) bike or an aftermarket unit.
