Ok, I am new to the forum and have been doing some digging. I have a 1999 Train that already has a 18x5.5 rim with a Metzler 200 tire, but was converted to chain drive. Swingarm and everything else is still stock, just been converted over to chain drive. I want to go back to belt drive, which I have a chance to pick up a 2006 swing arm, but want to run 2007 pulleys and belt, for its the 20mm belt and pulleys geared the same (1 pulley is 1 tooth diff). So my question is, what all do i need to change back to belt drive? Any help is greatly appreciated!

 

Looks like you will have to pull the primary a part and change the front sprocket to a pulley,rear pulley, an 06 swing arm has a 3/4" axle and uses a 200mm rear stock 06 spacers and I would use pulleys from a 06 so everything will mount up easy

If you decide to move on to a belt let me know what you want to do with the chain and sprockets...I may be interested
