Default Help installing Softail Slim footpeg support kit.

Hey guys I'm a little lost here trying to install Footpeg support kit on a Softail Slim with V&H Big Radius 2 into 2.

I ended up getting the passenger footpeg support kit #50932-08 but for some reason do I need an addition part because the big radius appears to be in the way. Do you guys know what the part #, I have to order from the dealership?

Thanks Guys for the input.

I hate to tell you this but if it's a Harley part then it is only designed to fit with the stock exhaust. Since you have aftermarket pipes you'll probably have to fabricate a solution in order to get it to work. If you post some pics of the problem it would make it easier for people to give suggestions for what might work for you.

Actually I think I figured it out. I got confused because I had the dealer install the pipes, and I was using the wrong mounting tab. I followed the instruction to the T, but is it normal for the left peg to be lower than the right peg by an inch or two?

No its not, you do not need the extension bracket on the right side with the aftermarket exhaust just remove it and you will be fine, I had to remove mine after I put my exhaust on to keep them even.

Same predicament, but didn't want to start a new thread.
Ordered the same kit from Ronnie's (factory OEM)
One has the tab extension, the other which I'm assuming is for the right and sliding between the stock exhausts.
The only area available for mounting a peg on the left is where the tab is. But it is an inch higher than the protruding mount between the opening between the mufflers.
The other's seemed to be blocked by them. So I'm a bit at odds trying to make this work before the bike takes its winter nap.

Any pictures or advice is always greatly appreciated.
