Default my fatboy project *UPDATE #1*

ive decided to make a thread on my progress on my project!

Current mods:
Hi-Lo air suspension w/ Shotgun air comprssor
V/H Pro pipe black ceramic coated
Blackline dash
Biltwell whiskey throttle
C&C solo seat
Klockwerks Mentele bars (FOR SALE)
PM grips

before i took it apart

this is what it looks like now (dont mind the dirtiness)

my powder coated components (fork lowers and uppers, headlight nacelle, headlight trim ring, riser cover, fender struts, grip spacers and air cleaner cover)

in progress shaved rear fender

DIY side license plate mount w/ brake light ( used my laydown plate mount, a couple homemade mounting brackets and a front turn signal, still got to weld up and get red lens)

01' Heritage wheels i scooped up off ebay for $175 shipped (getting powder coated red)

Mods yet to do:

front lowering kit
deluxe front fender
powder coating tins (unsure of color yet... any ideas????)
foot clutch and jockey shifter

well thats it for meow, sorry for the shiesty pics, ill keep em coming as i get more work done!

So i have gotten a little bit further in my progress! here some pics

picked up some 16" wild ones on craigslist $75

bought a Progressive drop in kit

smooth Heritage style front fender

got my wheels back from powder coat

still waiting on my tins to come back from powder coat and then its just simply putting it all back together, ill keep the pics coming and i get work done!!

Sounds like a nice little project, looking forward to seeing the progress! You gonna run grip ace for the buttons? Just picked up a blackline dash for my train, still gathering parts to move the speedo and ignition, what's your plan for those? Eliminating them altogether?

Wow, nice! No one will ever call that Fat Boy a catalog queen. That's going to be one custom sled.

Got rid of the hand controls and speedo all together, relocated the stock ignition switch to the cross bracket on the front of the frame. Relocated the starter button, high beam switch and dummy lights are on the back side of headlight nacelle.
