Default 06 mufflers on 07 heritage

Will 06 slipons fit 07 heritage? I found a set of 06 SE mufflers new in box for a heritage will they work on 07? cant get a straight answer from dealer? Rush mufflers fit 02-07 heritage, vance and hines dont list slipons for the 07 but do for 06.Is anyone running the older mufflers on thier softail? I know the roadking and dressers will work 06-07.

Well, I put the SEII slip-ons from my '06 FXST on my wife's '07 Sportster 1200L and they fit perfectly. So I wouldn't be surpised if they fit yours.

07 muffs have a bung and 02 sensors, 06 muffs do not. Sure they will fit, but you are going to have to figure out how to eliminate the 02 sensors so that your bike will run correctly.

The o-2 sensor is on the header pipe not on the muffler. The mufflers should work.

I would have to wonder about that, I "believe" that there is a difference and I think it has something to do with the crossover pipe being different for the 07's.
