Stage 1 on my FXSTC this weekend
 

I did every thing myself. I used Screamin' EagleIIexhaust for an '06 FXST, SE a/c and SERT.
Flashing the ECM was a piece of cake. The bike is running great. I'm not sure if I want to keep this exhaust or get V&H big shots. Dyno tune in a week or so. I will get some pictures tomorrow.

I too just got my SE Stage I, Vance/Hines Big Shots Staggered, and SERT race tune done that past Monday on my FXSTC. The dealer the did the work and they put it on the dyno to create a custom map for it. However, it sounds great, and will pull like a locomotive. The dyno results were max 89.36 Torque and 78.63 HP. However, the torque curve shoots straight up to it's peak and is fairly flat all the way over to about 5000 RPM, then starts to fall. I am pleased with the results.

I currently have the SE Stage 1, PCIII, and V&H BSS and love it, got similar dyno results as the one above with my 06 FXSTI. Removed the baffles on BSS, love the sound! Loud Pipes Save Lives!

My '03 FatBoy also has the SE2 exhaust, SE air filter, SERT and dyno tune, and it runs and sounds excellent....

I was told that after the dyno tune is was putting out 79 horsepower and 84 pounds of torque to the rear wheel.

This was done before I purchased the bike, and I haven't verified those figures, but compared to a friends completely stock '04 FatBoy it's a real screamer.... ;)

What where the parts numbers for your mufflers? I just got an FXSTC and was thunking about trying to find a set of the screaming eagle 11 slip-ons.

Did you not have to change out the crossover pipe for the 06 SEII's to fit?

I almost when this route instead of my V&H Big Radius, but the crossover was totally different on the attachement points for the mufflers and didnt want to have to buy an older crossover to make them fit.

I don't remember the part #s, but I had to modify the mufflers where they connect to the header pipe, and I had to make brackets so I could mount them to the original crossover.
