Looks like both of them have ABS.... is ABS standard for the 14's? I know it was optional for 13's....

 

The 2013 models had a single ABS/Security option, but for 2014 HD made ABS standard, and Security an option.

 

In the UK ABS and security is standard.

 

I saw the chrome flake on a Breakout today and I thought it was gorgeous. It was also inside so I don't know how bright it looks in sunlight. I sat on the bike for a moment and thought that the seat was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Anyway good luck with your choice of Harley.
