Sweet Fatty!!! Love the fireball tank/tins! Curious what the cam and related parts/labor, shocks/nitrogen parts/labor costs as well as are your bags real leather, what model and how much did they set you back, are your bars 12", I don't see a riser but did you have to get longer cables, btw I love your braided chrome cables also. I know a lot of questions but you have a sweet ride and I like what your doing and looking to do similar but it's a process....I love chrome, I guess you could say I have the chroma virus hahahaha

Finally got in that used fuel pump assembly after giving up on getting a new one this season. NOS tank and fenders bolted right up and the 2007 and older fuel pump connected just fine to my 2009. Did have to bend the bracket on the top plate to fit since the extended tank is just a tad shallower than what came off the show room floor which caused the pump to hit the bottom making the top plate not sit flush. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

06 Fatty, where did you get those wheels? I would really like to switch out the wire wheels on my 2012 FLSTC.
And your paint looks awesome!
Thanks!

Thanks Sarge! Cams, Bearings, lifters, tensioners, 3 hole change with Amsoil, shocks, fork carts etc was just at $3000.installed.
The bars are Drag Specialties 8.5" Buffalo Bars. Bags are Viking Odin (Large) $249. They are a formed synthetic. I made my own brackets along with ebay universal soft bag brackets to get them where I wanted them. Wheels and most of the chrome was added before I got it. The wheels are HD wagon wheels. I think the stock cables would work with these bars, but the original owner had put the braided cables on, and the throttle cables were a little short so I had to get new ones. I also just added a SS braided rear brake line from the master to the caliper.
Mike Lavallee did the paint and flames a few months before he passed away. R.I.P.

Capt, the wheels are HD Wagon Wheels. They were on the bike when I got it.
Thanks for the compliment on the paint! Mike Lavallee was one helluva artist!

Polished my lowered forks today.
Look as as shiny as the uppers.
Look great, hardest part was removing the clear coat. But start to finish it took 6 hours.

I don't much care for love bugs however while swarming they do give the delicate sensation of gravel hitting you in the face at 70 mph.

This was my first love bug season in Florida and, to be honest, I was expecting worse!

Many years ago, I rode back from Tampa FL to Jacksonville. When I made my last fuel stop, I stretched my arms and then realized I had so many Love Bugs on my jacket that the top three layers were still alive!
