They're sit on, stiff as a board, and a waste of money.

I would suggest going by a brick and mortar store and see for yourself before throwing your money away.

Thank you Sir.

As far as the firmness of Corbins it's true. That for me eliminates all butt burn. I did a 10 hrs. ride on my other bike with an older Corbin. Didn't even get off for gas. The older ones are firmer than the current later versions. So it may be a smidge better for those who like a little 'give'. I prefer very firm which is why I specified 'extra hard'.

Yeah the corbin, but i know they take a lot longer to break in, and also with the corbin it gets broken in to you, re sale is hard.. Not only does the Ultimate drop you but it keeps you in stock position, unlike a mustang that move you forward. The mustangs always hurt my hips. Also check with Ultimate, but now they offer a try out tie period, if you don't like it you can send it back. I've had 3 of them on different bikes, once you feel it you'll wonder how you ever went without it!

changed out the stock visors today. I went with the Willie G **** first but the fitment is so hoakie that I took them back. Love the old skool style but I'm all about function and form. Got the bullet style today with the smoked lenses for the turn signals. They'll grow on me I guess..

I was on the fence about a Corbin Dual Tour for my Breakout after reading opinions like this. My wife and I both agree the Corbin seat is exponentially better than the Sundowner seats. The firmness is very supportive as well as the shape of the seat. The finish on the product is top class as well. It was some coin to purchase, but it puts my wife and I in the saddle much longer and more comfortable. It was worth the $$ to me.

I'd recommend finding someone that has a Corbin seat and see if you can borrow it for a good long ride.

Corbin was infinitely better than my stock seat. Completely took the numbness out. But, yea, they are firm. Too firm, imho. Then I got my ultimate, it was wider, coushier, sat farther down and just all around more comfortable.

Corbin gets ya by. For that money, I want more than getting by.

Regardless of what some misguided folks say about Corbin, they make one of, if not the best seats out there. I have been using them for 15 years, and have them on all 5 of my bikes. If you can get them done in person, you will get the best fit. This is how I have had all mine done.

You forgot to mention the fact that they really don't give a crap about you, tell you it's going to take 6 months and cost somewhere between $600-$1,000. My advice? Find someone who can rebuilt the seat you have, it will fit better and cost you much less time and money.
