Default Installing new brake lines with ABS and Speed Bleeder

Im getting ready to install 16" apes on to my 2011 Fatboy Lo with ABS. Plan on putting new braided brakes lines front and back. I also plan on installing Speed Bleeders on the front and back caliper.

The only thing I am worried bout the install is filling and bleeding the brakes. I plan on doing it myself then take it to the dealer for them to cycle the HCU. I have found some pages talking about bleeding ABS brakes but none mention about using the speed bleeder.

How does using the speed bleeder change filling and bleeding the ABS brakes?

Any help would be appreciated.
