Default Questions for anyone that's installed 14" Carlini Gangsters on a FLS Slim

Done the searches, and tried contacting a few members privately. Just looking for info on what worked for you. I'm currently looking at +8 Magnum Black Pearls and the extension kit from Carlini.

So:
Who's cables did you use?
What cable length did you go with?
Which extension kit did you use?
Clutch cable longer than others? (one post said he used +8's and a +12 clutch cable)
Did you use a Carlini complete kit? Someone said Carlini sells complete kits, but I cannot find any info online and they are not responding to emails, lol.

Anything else you can think of - thanks!

Soooo, info for the next guy looking:

Carlini does sell cable kits. 2 types, braided black vinyl wrap for $219, and something else for $309 (I stopped listening after black, sorry lol)

I am still going to go with Magnum Shielding Black Pearls; just waiting for bars and risers to check length needed - I will update thread

I went with a Namz extension kit: http://www.namzcustomcycleproducts.c...kits_2011.html
seemed the easiest and had good reviews

While HD and Carlini both sell poly bushings I went with Alloy Art Gooden Tights: https://www.denniskirk.com/alloy-art...prd/H59502.sku

**Canadians: You can't buy Carlini stuff off of the website, you have to call in. You need a US address to deliver, then bring them over yourself.

**Be sure to have enough $$$$ on your credit card for 2 charges!** there's a hold authorization and then another one when shipped (the real one) needless to say it will lock all those funds, so don't use a card that's close to it's limit. Took me by surprise seeing $1200+ in charges when I woke up yesterday, but luckily I had the room.

Like I said I'll update asap, and post pics of my finished Slim soon.
