Narrow Apes for my Heritage Springer??

You'll find that you can replace the top tree plate with the Fat Springer Adapter Plate 2 from Carlini Designs - it's chrome so it matches right up. Once you do this, you can run any regular riser of your choice, and then you can run any regular handlebar.
Regular risers allow you to use a 1 piece top clamp, which will hold the bars better too. Springer risers are known for having the screws strip too.
As for narrow apes, have a look at the LA Choppers Nice Curves. I always suggest them for the springers because the bottom of the bars is no wider than the forks. They fit the bike so well.
Good luck!

Yes.
Post #4 of this thread shows the two items installed. It also shows the bars I mentioned before.
Keep in mind, I had the plate powder coated. Carlini only sells it in chrome.

My Zombie Performance Bender Apes are super narrow, less than an inch on either side of the clamp (like the one shown above). 10 and 12 inch are standard but he can do any height you want. I got the knurling and internal wiring options. I think they look badass, they're like a cross between z-bar style and traditional apes.
