Default Oil blowing out of air intake

Looking for some help with my dads 01 heritage. Here within the last couple of month we've noticed that he has oil blowing out of his air intake. After searching this forum and talking the guys We pulled the rocker covers and replaced both intake breather assembly's per the manual. The sponges were saturated inside or anything. The gasket looked fine etc. none the less we replaced everything anyway. But it's still doing it? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I read on the forum the oil pump check ball needs to be cleaned for a similar complaint. Also if the oil is overfilled

Sounds like too much oil in it. Ride it about 10 miles to get it warmed up, let it sit for 20 minutes and check the oil.. That would be the first thing to do.

If it's not fuel injected check to make sure the float in the carb is not stuck. If the gas **** has been replaced with an aftermarket that doesn't have the vacuum open value a sticking float can cause gas to fill the crankcase and puke oil back through the intake.

Ditto on the overfill part. I've seen it so many times, it was the first thing I though of.

Check the mounting plate on the Air Cleaner.
Mine had a crack in it and had to be replaced on my 07 SB.

Yah just never know.

I have a 2013 fatboy 3.000 miles with a stage 1 kit and the oil level is just above the add mark. Every time i take a ride of any distance it blows oil all over the oil tank. This is my first harley and i am very dissapointed, I have ridden bikes for years and this is the first bike i have had do this. If it keeps on it will get a new zip code and ill go back to a jap bike
