Viking locking trunk, with HD two up tour pack

This like new Viking tour pack trunk mounted on a black HD two up tour pack rack was on my 2018 Heritage softail classic M8, 114.
It is in perfect condition and mounts on the 4 point docking hardware. It includes the docking lock to secure it to the bike.

Im wondering why the price is so high?

On Viking's website, I can order the same bag right now brand new sealed for $287.48 shipped.

Is there something special about this one that justifies the $162+ base price difference + another $20-30ish for shipping?
