Bar hopper what kind of front fender did you end up putting on your bike? It looks sick. Love the bike bro. Keep up the good work.

Also bar hopper what type of tire is on the rear of your bike? That is the chrome or polished rear harley wheel correct? Its still a 17 in rim right?

Question for everyone Has anyone heard of anyone owning an 06 or 07 using the metzeler 210x 17 tire on the rear of their bikes? Any trouble fitting it on there or no?

That is a metzler 210 on a chrome 17 inch wheel. It is about 1/4 inch shorter in overall height and about 1/4 inch wider. No problems with fitting and ride quality is nicer I think. Ran into some rain down on the Florida trip and performed with no problems. I mounted up a 90 90 for the front but would not fit in the fender so had to go with 80 90 up front and like it as well. I will try to get some pics tommorow from the rear. I would say that the metzlers are a far better tire than the dunlops for aggressive riding. The Dunlop rear with a pinch lower pressure does have a little more sidewall flex than the metzler so it may be a better tire for the cruiser type rider. Scott

That is one off the cleanest 99s I have seen in a long time. Love the strutless! I truly believe it is hard to beat a train!!!!!!And for those not running a train[X(]

Barhopper,
Did you notice an RPM change when you went to the shorter 210x50x17" tire?
Also, do you have more pics of the rear?
Thank you.

I see you opted for the new inverted front end also, did they have it already on there in the showroom or did you request it? just curious.
They look great and make a big improvement on handling.
