Here is some pics of the new ride, picked it up Saturday. I hear different people saying the Dyna handles better, and you need a bagger to be comfortable on the open highway etc.etc. But the bottom line is that there is no other bike on the road that I would rather have than the one I own.

Just picked up this mint condition super low mileage 2007 Deuce 6 speed trans 96 ci engine Twin Cam Blue Seude Pearl/ Vivid black two tone. Only 2k miles. Pretty much a brand new bike.

Joy Rider

https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...d89c25bbe2.jpg Hey my riders. Been riding since '65. Back then I did a lot of just putt putting along back roads. I wanted a newer bike than my '63 Duo-Glide but nothing complicated or modern. It just needed to be a relaxing ride with great balance so I could joy ride. Maybe some extra grunt would be fun too. This was the result. 2005 Deuce. Carbed. Cammed. Runs nice. Had lots of machines in between. But I always remembered how relaxing my big old gal felt after a hard day at work. Anybody else deliberately go for putting around instead of racing or whatever the other options are? I have other machines for going faster and more aggressive driving duty but putt-putting is my real bag. Stay cool my brothers. And others. |
