From the very bottom to the top of WS is 25". From the top of the headlight to the top of WS is 17 1/2". I think there are larger options but may also be shorter as well. I never had any other WS on so I can't compare for wind blockage but I can tell you it keeps all bugs off me and there is a very noticable difference with wind without it. It seems to fit the bike perfectly and is sufficient in wind deflection. I would not get one any larger, but that is JMO.

Pictures are at work in December her in Tx i purchaced the bike Dec 8th and i have 3000 miles already , the pipes are V&H, with a air cleaner and rejet from the dealer, last night i installed a dragtron 2 air cleaner, and a breather kit

 

I bought mine in December too but I only had 300 miles on it. Not in pic is the Mustache Bar and HD low profile windshield.

 

That is one sweet looking Deluxe.

 

Well, I'm almost done. Bought the bike on 6/17/05, added a few things before Sturgis then put it away for the winter on 11/7/05. I've been adding things since, mostly chrome, and went down to the dealer to take a few pics.

So far, I've added:
V&H Longshots
Narrow beach bars
Chrome switches
Chrome front forks
Braided cables

Going to talk to my Service Manager tomorrow, not liking that new left hand cable sticking so far up into the air and looping OVER the handlebar. [:@]

Still may add a few more little things, still have another month up here before she comes out and we hit the road again.
